YouTube Publishes 2024’s Top Creators, Trends, and Songs On The App

The year 2024 is coming to a close and as we bid farewell, YouTube is providing a flashback of what made it big on the popular video streaming app.

This includes the best songs, creators, and trends as well as major cultural shifts throughout the internet this year. We have to add that there are plenty of interesting notes worth mentioning.

For starters, American trends showed what caught most users' attention in 2024. The surprise isn’t much as the American elections turned out to be the most anticipated event of the year and it got the attention of many. However, there were some cultural trends that did make it big. This includes the Amazing Digital Circus, the Paris Olympics, and the release of Deadpool & Wolverine.

Several different media franchises set some great forms of entertainment online and many enjoyed watching and participating with all they had to offer. It’s like a separate world of digital fandom across the board. The complete report also saw trends from different parts of the world including US, India, South Korea, Germany, UK and Canada. This just goes to show how the app influences not only Americans but other global communities.

As far as top creators are concerned, no surprise on the top position which went to MrBeast. Other big names that users couldn’t get enough of were the Stokes Twins, CaseOh, Jordan Matter, and Tucker Carlson. We also saw the famous soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo continue to win hearts with his presence on the app.
