Elon Musk's X Witnesses Its Biggest Month So Far As Mobile Revenue Soars To Record High Figures

Elon Musk is certainly celebrating Trump’s election victory but that’s not the only thing that’s putting a smile on the billionaire’s face.

His X platform just witnessed its biggest month so far, and the election cycle is certainly a major reason behind that. Many turned to X to have their say about the elections while others continued to use it as their trusted guide for updates.

While revenue may have been shaky in the past, we can now confirm that October was the biggest month for X as mobile revenue soared to a record-breaking figure. We mean crossing the $13 million monthly net revenue figure (based on Appfigures data) which is what Elon Musk keeps after paying Google and Apple their share.

Some might see the news as shocking because this is the third month that the platform’s revenue hit the double-digit figure. We even witnessed August as the first month for double-digit revenues that were a little over the $10 million mark.

So far, X brought in $89 million concerning net revenue as per estimates. It mostly came from the American App Store which again is a norm. What was shocking is how the incomplete revenue for 2024 is 65% greater than the figures for revenue seen throughout all of 2023.

America is clearly where X dominates, bringing in the company’s greatest share of revenue by a huge margin. Second place is Japan but it’s nothing compared to the American region. We’re sure Elon Musk is going to take all the success as it comes, even if the margin is small.

Predicting X’s future, especially in terms of revenue is not easy. Many experts feel it has a lot to do with politics, emotions, and perception and less about growth and how well it performs. Nevertheless, the picture right now is that it’s doing great but for how much longer is a question that only time can tell.
