X Reached Its Highest Revenue with $30 million in September 2024

X (formerly known as Twitter) saw some rise in its revenue in September 2024. According to estimates by App Intelligence, X’s revenue reached $30 million in September 2024, which is a 30% increase from Q2.

If we look at X’s revenue in Q1 and Q2 of 2024, it was exactly the same in these two quarters. So, this shows that Q3 was a great month for business for X. Many people don’t get how X is generating this much revenue especially when most of the advertisers have left after Elon Musk took over the platform.

The simple answer to this question is that X has turned many users into subscribers and have turned some of its services into paid services. This makes X different from other social media apps and that’s how X is earning its in app revenue. Even though apps that followed X and turned some of its services into paid ones, like Snapchat, are earning way more revenue than X. Snapchat ended Q3 with $100 million revenue.

As election days in the US are approaching, more people are going to use X. So, there’s a chance that X revenue will grow even more in Q4 of 2024. So, let’s see if X is going to keep its momentum or not.
