Google Search Expands Its Store Ratings To More Nations Around The World

Google Search is expanding its Store Ratings feature to more nations around the globe.

The company confirmed today how it was previously only available to those in the US but now, it hopes an expansion can allow more people to benefit. This includes India, the UK, Canada, and Australia.

Store Ratings are a great way for businesses to help searchers find brands that offer the best service in terms of pricing, trust, and quality. They make the consumer more aware of their puchasing options. Therefore, store ratings can assist merchants in better performance through ads and listings. The end goal is to get greater satisfaction among clients to certain landing pages.

Some store ratings are present on the Google shopping search results page and that’s where users can select the rating of choice to get more detailed information about a firm. It could be pricing, policies, shipping, consumer feedback, and any return rules amongst others.

In the past, these were better known as seller ratings. So if you are a seller from any of the above mentioned countries, you can participate in getting free customer reviews, Google added. In case the business or brand is already on the list, this means their business will appear with a store rating.

We believe this is a great feature as it provides more visibility in terms of search and also for products in demand. It can drive the right kind of traffic and sales to a particular business or online page. For business, they can earn more revenue through the feature.

If you happen to be a business located in these regions, we certainly feel you should give it a shot.
