New Survey Shows Which Countries Are Most and Least Excited About Artificial Intelligence

AI has taken over the world in such a short time and now many countries are planning strategies for its adoption. Statista Consumer Insights did a survey to find out which countries are most excited about AI and which ones are not. The results of the survey showed that only 47% of the respondents from Nigeria are enthusiastic about the AI adoption in their country while this percentage is only 11% in Czechia.

The results of the survey found that European countries are less excited about AI adoption, while Asian countries seem the most excited and enthusiastic. 45% of respondents in Vietnam are excited about AI, 41% in Indonesia, 37% in Singapore and 35% in China seem happy with AI. 49% respondents from India and 39% respondents from Pakistan also showed positive feelings about AI.

On the other hand, only one in five respondents from the USA showed nice feelings for AI. 28% respondents from Mexico and Canada shared the same feelings. 24% respondents from Germany said that they are excited about AI while 23% from the UK said so.
Data by Ipsos also shows that Asian regions are more excited about AI and have more knowledge about AI products as compared to other regions. The highest knowledge about AI products was in China (81%), followed by Indonesia (80%) and Thailand (69%).

Asian nations lead in AI adoption enthusiasm, with India and Vietnam showing strong positive sentiment.
