Mark Zuckerberg Said Meta is Removing Political Content from its Apps and Called Trump ‘Badass’

In a recent interview by Bloomberg, Mark Zuckerberg called Donald Trump a ‘badass’ even though he refused to say anything else about him. Bloomberg’s Emily Chang interviewed Mark Zuckerberg about the elections in the USA. Zuckerberg said that Meta is going to remove as much political content as possible from users’ feeds because they do not want to see it. He also said that he isn't going to actively take part in elections and is not going to support any candidate.

But he did say that he was impressed by Donald Trump after he was shot but still continued to raise his fist with the American flag in the background. He said it was a very impressive and emotional moment for Americans. A week ago, Trump said that he's going to put Mark Zuckerberg in jail if he's elected. He also mentioned that he's in support of TikTok because if it's not TikTok, it's going to be Instagram and Facebook which is Zuckerberg’s.

Other than that, Mark Zuckerberg didn't say anything about politics apart from removing political content from Meta apps. He said that people come on these apps to connect with people, not to see political content. But it's still soon to see if Zuckerberg is going to pull an Elon Musk and take part in politics after denying endorsing politics and going out in support of Trump.
