LinkedIn has launched a Media Library, document ads, and offline data conversion integration

LinkedIn, this week, announced that the company has come up with ideas that are meant to assist users with their campaigns. These ideas may include document advertisements, offline integration of data, as well as a media library where the ad content can be stored.

Starting with document ads, the platform is allowing ad marketers to promote descriptive-form documents directly on the audience’s feed. These long forms can also be accessed through the signup procedure.

If a user decides to insert a lead generation form, they can collect more information about those who might be focused on that particular form.

Carousel posts were made officially public in July 2022. However, users still preferred to access their documents by attaching a PDF, so that the same functionality can be entertained. So far, the format has been doing great. With the help of carousels and files, three times more clicks are now being observed as compared to any other content.

Moving on from document ads, offline conversion is another new initiative. As explained by LinkedIn, this will let users connect via tools. They can easily attach CSV files to the campaign manager. As a result, users can add additional data such as phone records or sales history to their CRM, which will result in better responses.

Lastly, the media library will play its role by storing all the content being used in a movement. A single click away, the user will find media for advertisement creation. Not only this, but the content used in one campaign, once it has been saved, the user can later reuse it for a new campaign or can bring the old campaign back on feed.

Currently, there is a five-ad limit. Just by selecting the media, ads will be created on their own. Ad uploaders will have the authority to visit the Media Library through the campaign development stage, but, outside of the campaign, the media library won’t be accessible.

These are some of the steps taken by LinkedIn to ensure an improved user experience. It seems like the platform will keep working on different ideas and projects that can be introduced to provide users with accessibility features.
