Telegram seems to be on a roll ever since it incorporated an enhanced attachment menu and a download manager last month. However, if you think they’re stopping there, well, think again.
The app has recently launched a long list of exciting features as a part of its new update. And it’s already out for users around the world. This includes interesting notification sound choices, auto-delete options, and some very intriguing bot tools amongst other miscellaneous features.
Hence, we thought it would be exciting to break them down for you below! So let’s take a look.
The great thing about this is how the new feature is acceptable on all platforms and comes without any cost but that doesn’t mean you won’t have to face some limitations.
The app announced recently how the customized sound alerts shouldn’t be more than five seconds and can’t exceed the 300KB limit. And just in case you can’t meet these requirements, try out the app’s sample features that can be found in the Sounds channel.
Similarly, you can completely get rid of notifications related to a particular chat. And while you previously weren’t provided with support for disabling sound, the new update manages to cover that aspect too.
To use this, simply click on Notifications and then press Mute.
To get started, developers can read through the app’s Bot API document for greater clarification and begin immediately.
