This Latest WhatsApp feature now allows you to pause and resume while recording a voice message

The most commonly used American freeware used nowadays for online communication is WhatsApp as it offers the most desired features of instant messaging (IM), communication through voice calls and voice messages, group chatting, sharing multimedia including images, videos, documents, and location as well. WhatsApp became very much popular amongst the teenage groups within a very short period with currently having over 2 billion active users globally, as it allows them to be in touch with their peers and loved ones living abroad and at the same time saving them from national as well as international charges which they might have to pay through local text messages and calls, and this has to be the best feature of the application till now.

With many advances in software engineering and E-learning, this Meta-owned application is seen to be enhancing its features relentlessly in order to provide its users with the best experiences and make them stick to the application, considering the high competition in the race. Initially, WhatsApp voice messages were somehow inconvenient for some people as one had to listen to long voice messages and couldn’t even pause and later resume it but now with new advancements, we get to see the waveforms in the voice note, can increase speed to 1.5x to 2x of long boring voice messages which saves a lot of time and also we can now even hear the voice recordings outside of the chatbox. Before this, we had to hear the voice recording within the chat box but now we can hear it while also replying to another chat or while watching someone’s status. WhatsApp has now launched a very strong feature of pause and resume option while recording the audio. Isn’t that amazing?

With this new feature of pause and resume option while recording a voice message WhatsApp once again has been proved to be the most convenient application for its users. Up till now if someone forgot the message halfway, or got interrupted while making a voice message, they had to either send an incomplete recording or delete it and redo it but with this new incorporation of pause and resume button, it has been really helpful, especially for formal conversations. In spite of its multiple benefits to users, this advancement in WhatsApp voice messages has given the company a lot of competitive advantage.

This new feature is now available only to iOS and WhatsApp desktop users but Android users and other beta testers can expect this feature soon after the installation of the new WhatsApp Business beta 2.22.6.7 version as reported by Wabetainfo. They further announced that those who cannot see this new feature of voice notes will have to be patient as they’ll get their hands on it with the upcoming update as it is a server-side rollout and WhatsApp will be releasing it day by day to each beta user.
