You know how Google has a dinosaur game in the homepage when your internet is disconnected; well Edge came up with something similar in their Android versions too. The company introduced a “Surf Game” and to make it more prominent the game will appear on the new tab when the internet server shows you offline. The giant software company makes ways for promoting their game, through the option of sharing the result of the game with your friends.
Currently, the game is available in three modes for the players: ZigZag, TimeTrial and EndLess.
Like the Google Chrome, the Edge’s game is available when you are out of range of the network. It could help you pass the time however passing the time like that is not a good option.
In the game, you have to pass hurdles of rock, many obstacles like octopi, and this endless surf continental like these. You just have to press the spacebar to play the game and pass on the hurdles like Google chrome.
To enable the game on the new tab page all you need is to visit edge://flags and turn on these two flags "Enable NTP Surf game entry" and "Edge surf game new share feature switch" one by one and restart the browser.
When you follow these steps the next time you launch the edge, then automatically the animated surf icon will appear on the new tab.
