According to a new survey by Skynova, that highlights the recent insight about the digital shift in businesses, more than 1000 people who are currently doing jobs in the United States during the COVID-19 pandemic took the the part. The first question that people were asked was “how are your sales now compared with before the pandemic?” in reply to that, 34 percent workers said that it was much better, which makes 74 percent of companies doing better progress than they were doing before COVID, meaning that the current pandemic has proved to be a lucky charm for some people.
Interestingly, only 37 percent of businesses, reported having lesser employees after the COVID, and 40 percent of online businesses (yes you read it right) told of having lesser staff members.
Also, the companies having 50 to 100 employees saw a 46 percent sale, which is much better with the highest digital shift that is 81percent online. And during the pandemic, many companies have entirely switched to or started their online and digital improvement using social media and social networking platforms and are putting in more effort to ensure a better customer experience.
A lot of social media apps have come out with exclusive post Covid recovery platforms for people to better advertise and promote their businesses using the apps including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and even WhatsApp with Snapchat and Pinterest lying low, but the list goes on.
