These were the social media apps that were in mostly the use of billions out there. Among these, Instagram and YouTube were the most popular of the apps for these fitness influencers. Along with the many collaborations of local and high end brands with content creators, many sportswear brands and fitness equipment brands were also seen to come out in the light with the help of these fitness influencers. The period in which the world suffered last year helped greatly for any fitness influencer to gain followers and create content for their users.
What makes this study interesting is that despite YouTube channels having more followers as compared to Instagram, it has been found that in the fitness influencing category, TikTok received the highest number of audience as compared to any other app.
