Due to the lockdown and social distancing implementations, working from home is one of these new norms of our society now. It is new for many people as waking up in the morning and going to offices used to be a regular routine for most people all around the globe.

Due to this new trend and its benefits, recently Twitter, Facebook, and some other tech companies have even announced that if their employees desire to work from home even after the pandemic is over, they will allow that for them.

  3. Small breaks between your tasks to refuel your energy levels.

When you are planning a call/video call meeting, make sure that there are no distractions like TV or phone noise around. Also, have a meeting agenda prepared ahead and have someone to conduct the meeting.

Lunch break is extremely important for your physical and mental well-being. So, do not skip your lunch, and do not keep working while having your lunch.
