The fund will likewise include a grant of $340 million in Google ads to those small organizations that have advertising accounts on Google. However, the bet is that the grant will be given to only those accounts which have been present for the past year. These credits can be used until the end of the year at any point.
The fund that was announced by the CEO of Google also has an element of ad grants which has a value of $250 million. This grant is established to help the World Health Organization (WHO) and other official and government offices who are working hard to get rid of the COVID-19. Apart from this, $20 million are also allotted to the Google Cloud for academic institutes and researchers who are studying and working on vaccines about various viruses and other therapies for COVID-19.
