Facebook is a platform that intentionally or not but always end up in scandals and we are curious to know whether Mark Zuckerberg and Sheryl Sandberg get involved in any sensitive content moderation policy at Facebook or not?
According to Yahoo Finance, the involvement from these people is important because Facebook has always been surrounded by controversies of antitrust violations, freedom of speech, data security breach and the involvement from the company’s Top executives display the kind of response these platforms show towards criticism.

According to the report, usually a team of executives will process on sensitive content issues according to the policies but when the team fails to process it according to the policies they end up contacting Mark and Sandberg to involve in the process. Every time an issue arises and when there’s nothing left for the team to do and the issue is particularly important too then the team will at least send an email to their CEO and COO which will often up into a conversation with them regarding the decisions and reason behind it as well. According to Bickert - an ex Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Department of Justice stated that any content that is big enough and it going viral on the platform will eventually gain attention from Mark and Sheryl. After so many reports about a manipulation video going viral Facebook usually limits the distribution of the post.
