Once upon a time, Google Photos showed a small, but a visible indicator on top of each media item that showed the user whether the specific file is backed up or not. But suddenly, the indicator disappeared – disappointing many users.
Well, if you have not noticed yet, the Photos team is finally making up for their mistake by bringing the indicator back!
According to AndroidPolice, the new updated feature is gradually rolling out to user’s phone and they can’t be relieved.
The feature was especially appreciated by those users who didn’t have the automatic backup enabled and had trouble determining the images they had reserved for safe keep.
According to the news update by the Photos team, the revamped feature is available with several new features as well.
