Good News for Instagram users! Facebook is reportedly working on a new Creator Studio Dashboard for Instagram. It would most likely be included in the Facebook Creator Studio app that was rolled out last year.
Social Media Consultant Matt Navarra, along with user Hannah Anderson can be credited for spotting and sharing a screenshot of the feature in working mode. The new Creator Studio seems to be a tab within the Facebook Creator Studio, as the toggle for Facebook and Instagram is clearly visible on the top middle portion of the UI.
Additionally, the dashboard will help Creators in keeping track of various analytic metrics, such as their followers’ age, gender, and active status etc. Also, the engagement stats and other demographic details will be easily accessible.
Although none of the details being added are new as they have already been available within the Instagram Business profile all this time, the new Creator Studio will make them easily accessible via desktop. Additionally, the creators will be allowed to utilize a combined asset library which they will be able to use across their connected Instagram and Facebook accounts.
The dashboard is currently being tested so it’s not available to everyone. However, considering how it can make things easier for creators, it shouldn’t be long before it gets rolled out worldwide. Once released, it will be included within the Facebook Creator Studio app, provided that the creator already has an Instagram account connected.
