For the study, Orbit Media conducted a survey of 1066 bloggers in late 2018, to find out how they produce, present and analyze their content. The purpose of this survey was to find out which traits were more important than the others for mastering blogging sphere.
Andy Crestodina, prepared a report after thorough research, on how the bloggers who put extra effort in their blogs for the sake of strong results differ from the others.
The results are properly organized and compared in the infographic (featured blew). Long story short, the top bloggers put nearly double the time, use double the amount of words in their blogs than the average bloggers. In addition to that, they also work with one or more professional editors to make their content top-notch quality. Moreover, they rely on presenting the data in variety of forms (including pictures and videos, along with the text), which can easily retain the attention of their readers.
