Wong’s tweet reveals that Instagram will soon give Creators account the ability to hide their contact details and category from their profile.The effort will make Instagram a more attractive platform for creators and influencers who are gradually growing in numbers for using Instagram for promotional means.

Surprisingly, a reply from a member of the Twitter community came right after her tweet that questioned Instagram’s intentions of introducing a new feature and called it an act of desperation.
The Facebook-owned platform currently boasts more than a billion users worldwide. It is also gaining popularity in a rapid pace with the numerous features it keeps introducing to its social network to enhance usability.
