After the successful iPhone launch in September, Apple inc. hosted another event on Tuesday to display the rest of its product line-up. Branded as “There’s more in the making”, the event held in New York City, unveiled several new devices including the MacBook Air and iPad Pro.
Although the iPads are still the best-selling tablet in the world, their sales have declined since 2013. In fact, after seeing a blockbuster growth in 2013, the sales of iPad have stagnated significantly. Nevertheless, Apple has given their tablets a major facelift this year and as per the announcements, the new iPad Pro is equipped with smaller bezels (all‑screen design) and Face ID amongst other features. The new devices will also lack the Home button.
