Twitter is simply unable to attract new users to save its life. The social networking service has reported stagnant growth between the third and fourth quarter of 2017. At present, the user base of Twitter is well stuck at 330 million users – similar number was reported in Q3 of 2017.

However, things did not materialize as Twitter’s user base was 300 million by the end of 2015. In last 2 years, the growth in terms of user base has been somewhat motionless as it managed to secure only 30 million additional users.
