Maintain a consistent posting schedule on Google+ to ensure connection with most of your audience. Three posts a day should suffice.The beginning of the average work day is the ideal time to post on Google+. Try posting Monday through Thursday from 9:00 - 10:00am. Focus on Wednesdays at 9:00am, as that is the peak time for engagement. Avoid posting in very early mornings or in the evenings.
Utilize Pinterest outside of normal working hours. Post Saturday mornings and Fridays from 1:00-4:00pm for the best results.
