Social media - tool for the proactive job-seeker or the procrastinator? The debate has raged for years about just how useful social networks can be for finding work.
And whilst job boards continue to dominate the way in which people apply for job vacancies, the folks over at reed.co asked over 2,000 people (in UK) whether or not social media has had an impact on their job seeking habits.
They found that 53 percent people now use social media to find new job vacancies, while LinkedIn remains the most popular social platform to find work, ahead of Facebook and Google+.
