Social media has made our planet a much smaller village. We can connect with our friends and family from anywhere in the world and share our photos, videos and ideas within micro-seconds. Particularity, teens now maintain a constant online presence on social media, through multiple devices, 24 hours a day. But, unfortunately it may also be catalyst behind the rise in eating disorder diagnosis. Experts believe that the rise in eating disorders is down to an increase in pressure on young people today, of which social media could be a key factor.
